Recruiter responsibilities: Source Candidates through various avenues; Temps+, CareerBuilder, Zip

Recruiter, Indeed, LinkedIn, Work in Texas, Craigslist and many others. Interview Candidates to the

standards of our Clients. Knowledge of both the Client and the job order to find the best Candidates for

the positions. Working together as a team with the other Recruiters, Sales and Management to fill orders.

Constant communication with the Clients and Candidates. Complete drug screen, safety procedures and

Client specific paperwork upon hire. Daily paperwork, spreadsheets (I9, Pre-Application form, Daily

• Receptionist responsibilities: Handled all incoming phone calls in a timely manner, customer service both with clients and

candidates, knowledge of open positions, coordinated with the President, Vice President and COO for updates on a weekly
