* Working as an Electrical Engineer in Balaji Paper and News Print Pvt.

Ltd. Manikpara, Jhargram, West Bengal, from January 2011 to till date.

The responsibilities are Maintenance of Unit -1 and 2, Di-Inking Plant

and Effluent Treatment Plant.

Job Responsibilities:

. Maintenance of a 60TPD Paper Machine # 1, De-inking Plant and

Effluent Treatment plant.

. Complete Procurement, Erection and Commissioning of Electrical

Equipment for a 150TPD Paper Machine #2 and up-gradation of

existing De-inking Plant from 60TPD to 180TPD.

. Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance of Electrical Equipments

(i.e., Outdoor C.T., P.T., VCB, Indoor VCB, Transformer, PCC

Panel, MCC Panel, Control Panel for the Outdoor VCB and Control

Panel for the OLTC of the Transformer) or system in the process.

. Erection, commissioning and maintenance of Outdoor and Indoor

Sub-station of 33kV.

. Erection, Commissioning of 33kV Outdoor VCB with CT, PT, LA,

Control Panel for the Outdoor VCB and all necessary equipment's.

ROCKWELL, EMERSON for Procurement of new equipment for Paper

Machine #2.

. Preparing comparative statements between different vendors of

same product.

. Co-ordinate with management for finalizing the offers.

. Preparation of erection schedule based on equipment supplier's

delivery schedule.

. Coordinate with Consulting engineers, Civil engineers &

equipment suppliers to finalization of equipment's layout in

economical way.

. After finalizing the offers, follow up with vendors to execute

the jobs as per approved schedule and observe the progress of

day to day activities.

. Making the arrangements for necessary manpower & material

handling equipment's to maintain the erection schedule.

. Visiting to the vendor's site / works for inspection of

equipment before take delivery of the equipment.

. Coordinating with other departments for Erection and Automation

of the Plant as per design.

* Previouly I worked in J.B.S. Pvt. Ltd. There I have been working in a

220/66/11KV Substation Kharadpara, Silvassa, Dadra Nagar And Haveli

for Operation & Maintenance as Shift Engineer from July 2010 to

November 2010.

Job Responsibilities:

. Hourly monitoring of the incoming and the outgoing loads of the

220kV side, 66 kV side and 11 kV side.

. Monitoring the running loads on the each Transformer of 100MVA 2

nos. and 50 MVA 1no. of 220/66 kV and 20MVA 1no. and 15MVA 2nos.

. Monitoring loads for the 66 kV line and 11kV line.

Projects during B.Tech

. Main Project:-

Stretching the modeling framework for wind invention system for

performance below high turbulence inflow-

A team of four members completed the project. The project deals with the

measuring and monitoring the amount of voltage and current produce. It also

maintains a constant speed to get a constant output.

. Mini Project:-

Discrete ac Power supply-

By giving 5v ac supply as input it will provide varying 0-5v dc power

supply as output providing '1'amp current.

`INPLANT TRANING UNDERTAKEN:

Tamil Nadu Electricity Board 230/110/11KV Kadapperi Substation, TNEB,

Chennai-47 (15-06-2009 to 20-06-2009). During this period was given

exposure on operation and maintenance of equipments:-

Auto Transformer and power transformers.

SF6 Circuits Breaker and Vacuum Circuit Breakers.

Control Panel (AC & DC).

Battery.

Power line Carrier Communication.

Current Transformers and Potential Transformers.

(22-06-2009 to 18-07-2009). During this period done training on the Power

House of the workshop on operation and maintenance of 11KV line supplied

in the workshop and Transformer, CT's & PT's, Testing of Transformer oil,

Different types of Circuit Breaker like Vacuum Circuit Breaker, Oil

Circuit Breaker, Molded Case Circuit Breaker. During this period I was

trained to perform the day to day maintenance work of the power house.
