Financial Planning & Analysis

• Manage planning, analysis, forecasting and operations processes for combined $327M technology practices.

• Build pricing proposals and profitability analysis (margin, ROI, cash flow) in response to RFP, RFI and ITN

solicitations from State and Local Government entities for $20M+ pursuits.

Project Mangement

• Managed relationships and liaise between multiple stakeholders and business partners to enable Consulting learning

function to deliver outcome driven, leading edge, and customized learning solutions to the practice.

• Develop tools to adequately track, reconcile and analyze key financial and budget performance metrics for large scale

multi-year systems integration projects in the Public Sector market in order to complete strategic and ROI analyses.

• Provide staffing support to leadership by reviewing candidates, sourcing subcontractors, and on/off board staff

members.

• Develop and manage Issues, Risk and Change databases for multiple projects within the same client.

• Conduct financial and business risk and quality assurance reviews and present to partners on a periodic basis.

• Manage a team of 4 at various levels to develop and analyze financial and PMO tools to help successfully meet the

needs of consulting engagements by auditing PMO and financial results.
