“ Detection of Hardware Trojan” (M.Tech)

Hardware Trojans in integrated circuits and systems have serious concern in

semiconductor industry and government agencies in recent years. From authentication

stand point, time to trigger a Hardware Trojan circuit is main concern. This design

demonstrate that, with negligible area overhead, this proposed method can sig nificantly

increase Trojan activity and reduce Trojan activation time by Ring oscillator network (RON).
