2 Arrow Merchandise Coordinator- 4/09-present

Represented Fossil and licensed watch brands by working with department

stores in Oklahoma and assisting in the following: trunk shows,

merchandising products to meet standards, conducting product knowledge

seminars, negotiating for best real estate, placement of POS collateral,

keeping accounts up to date on product launches and promotional activity,

building key relationships with retail partners, recruiting, interviewing,

hiring, training, and supervising staffing personnel. Responsible for

tracking store sales thru the use of weekly dashboard reports. Responsible

for the following product categories: Fossil, Skagen, and licensed watch

brands including: Michael Kors, Diesel, Armani, Armani Exchange, DKNY, Marc

merchandiser for Godiva Chocolatier, Callanen and Sequel International

merchandisers, independent and chain drug, and convenience stores. Sold in

new products and promotions, planogram resets, merchandising, inventory

control, gained product distribution in accounts, and sold in surveys.

Installed and planogramed new fixtures in 50% of accounts, thereby gaining

3 Dillard's Department Store, Shreveport, La

Area Sales Manager 8/89-7/90

Managed and supervised about 30 employees and 4 departments.

Responsibilities included hiring, scheduling, sales, merchandising,

inventory control, and organizing and setting up special store events to

maximize sales. Provided excellent customer service. Exceeded monthly sales

goals for departments. Responsible for opening and closing the store on a

regular basis. Filled in for the store manager on occasion.

TERRITORY MANAGER 3/88-10/88

Responsible for a 300k territory with approximately 200 accounts in

Colorado. Account base included Hallmark shops, gift shops, department

stores, and independent and chain drug stores. Sales and merchandising of

gift and plush items, opening new accounts by cold calling, inventory

control in accounts, selling in new products, promotions, and seasonal

merchandise. Worked the Denver Market and gift shows. Overachieved monthly

quotas by 27%. In a 4 month period, opened 26 new accounts and increased

sales 158% over the previous year. Received Applause Achievement Award

after 3 months of employment.

BULLOCK'S DEPARTMENT STORE (FEDERATED DEPT STORES)

SOUTH COAST PLAZA -COSMETIC DEPT MANAGER 7/87-12/87

Responsible for managing 90 employees in a $7 million dollar cosmetic

department. Responsibilities included hiring, scheduling, demo contracts

with vendors, monitoring stock levels; planning and organizing special

events and promotions with vendors to increase sales for the department.

Wrote in-store orders to avoid out-of-stocks. Over-achieved monthly sales

goals.

REVLON, NEW YORK, NY 6/81-5/87

ACCOUNT MANAGER 3/83-5/87

Responsible for an 800K territory in Louisiana and Texas. Sold cosmetics

and fragrances to department stores, independent and chain drug, grocery,

and mass merchandisers. Budgeted and forecasted sales for territory. Opened

new accounts, in-store merchandising, store training, designed and

implemented planograms, wrote orders by rate of sale, set up co-op ads with

accounts, sold in special promotions, new products, and seasonal

merchandise. Creative skills for special events to increase sales. Obtained

additional outposts, increasing sales. Achievers Club Award for Sales,

1983, Achievers Club Award for Merchandising 1983, Sales Excellence Award

1984.

Responsible for 400K territory. Responsibilities included sales,

inventory,orderwriting, and merchandising of new products and promotions,

and merchandising contests.
