Business Management Facilitator - ISO Compliance (2003 - 2013)

Reporting to the Site Manager. Responsible for maintaining production

compliance to ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 and performing internal audits across

North America and Mexico. Five manufacturing facilities with over 1200

employees.

. Developed yearly compliance reports on Management Review Meetings;

analyzed data input to determine OFI output; presented findings to

management team to benchmark and address compliance and non-compliance

issues.

. Developed action plans to rectify non-compliance through updating SOPs

and training employees on new procedures.

. Maintained database and ensured documentation control supported
