of Contact for Incident Management escalations in a 24x7 production environment and delivering on action items from

Root Cause Analysis. As a Lead Hosting Architect; responsible for architectural integrity of multiple in-source and

out-source data centers in regards to infrastructure/hosting technologies. Conduct capacity analysis, planning,

lifecycle management, change management guidelines, audit and compliance in order to ensure stable environment.
