September 1993 - present Translator/Interpreter/Executive Support

An independent English/Japanese translator/interpreter/executive support for a variety of purposes/occasions for

various businesses/industries including but not limited to the summary listed (in the alphabetical order). Actively

fulfilled a various levels of executive assistant and administrative support duties as an integral part of bicultural

assignments. Also, an editor and proofreader for translated documents done by others, a project coordinator, and an

instructor for interpreter/translator courses:

Major Project Assignments within the Past Four Years (2011 Present)

NHK New Mather Metals, Inc., Franklin, Kentucky (From 4/2014 to 3/2015)

Contracted for the Improvement and Crisis Recovery Project. Onsite technical and administrative supports &

coordination for various meetings and improvement activities. Extensive document translations including technical,

training, correspondence, executive presentations, and other document translations.

Nissan North America Project, Smyrna, Tennessee (From 2/2013 to 3/2014)

Contracted for the Nissan Smyrna Body Shop Project. Onsite production support for various meetings and production

requirements. Responsible for translating quality, management, and production documents to improve overall quality

of the operations. Liaison and support for visiting engineers and administrators.

Nissan North America Project, Smyrna, Tennessee (From 8/2011 to 1/2013)

Contracted for the Nissan Smyrna Paint Shop Project. Onsite, WebEx and offsite supports for technical, executive,

financial, and other meetings. Responsible for compiling, editing, and translating the as built documentation

package submitted to Nissan. Other executive, technical, financial, and contractual document translations for the

project as well as for the contractor s ongoing and future projects throughout the North American Region.

Toyota Mississippi Plant (TMMMS) (From 1/11 to 6/11)

Contracted for the TMMMS Paint Shop Project. Onsite support and document control/translations for technical and

operational needs. Certified for harness/high level safety and commissioning to work at the plant with engineers.

Daily interactions with Toyota (TEMA & TMMMS) and contractor engineers and management staff.

Vast majority of works in corporate businesses.

Recent heavy emphasis in internet/IT/computer technology industries especially in space satellite

communications (both satellite and ground hardware along with software developments) Raytheon (Boeing),

Loral, NEC, Toshiba, NTT, Mitre, and others

Extensive experience in the automotive industry - Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Alpine, Denso, Aisin, and others both

in their technical and sales divisions.
