Project Manager in charge of $150 million worth of construction
projects on the EPCOT CENTER project. Responsibilities consisted of
the contract administration and supervision of Site Development,
Highways and associated entrance roads, power transmission
systems, lagoon and related facilities, communication buildings, and
other miscellaneous contracts. Work consisted of coordination of
contractors, engineers, and suppliers; monthly evaluation of work in
place for periodical payments; quality control; estimation and
negotiation of change orders; issuance of bid documents; and liaison
with Owner's representatives.

9/78 to 9/79:
Cold Spring Lane Section of Baltimore Subway System.
Baltimore, Maryland
Field Engineer on construction of 2 miles of elevated concrete box
girder rail system and associated stations. Responsibilities included
the scheduling of crews, ordering of materials, documentation of daily
activities, and field layout.
