Professional Exposure

A result oriented Process engineer with about 5+ years Experience in West Coast Paper Mill Ltd Dandeli.

Started my career as shift engineer in

Stock Preparation of 1,2,3 in wich we manufacture MICR, SS Quality, NON SS quality.

Worked in colour kitchen making coating solution for white gray, back grey board. And later worked in

commissioning of stock preparation 6 with voith process team for 2 years and then working in a paper

machine 6 from past 3+ years as a process engineer which having a production capacity of

500 TPD at 1000 mpm. (GSM range 45-90). Totally worked in stock preparation, approach flow and paper

machine.

Responsibilities:

Man power handling, job distribution to machine crews and training.

Responsible for stock preparation and paper machine. Observation towards machine for any abnormalities. Regular

inspection of machine equipements, rolls, felt, wire, dryer screens, and many more machine accessories.

Scheduling clothing time and making shut down lists and involving in shut down jobs like clothing, roll changes etc.

Taking care of refiners, pumps, screens.

Monitoring DCS of voith and ABB.

Maintaining good quality of paper as per company standards.

Making performance report of each machine cloths, improving cloth conditions.

Problem analyzing and trouble shooting.

Reporting to AVP, GM, AGM and Manager of Paper Machine Operation.

Maintaining good Housekeeping at ISO Level.

Maintaining good communication and relationship with concerned department, colleagues and supervisors.

Reducing the down time by handling the machine in proper way.

Provide engineering expertise to optimize process systems
