Re: HVAC/refrigeration/building maintenance

Dear, Hiring Manager:

I am a licensed journeyman with over 10 years of professional experience in the field of HVAC/R. My experience includes installing, maintaining and repairing residential, industrial, institutional, and commercial HVAC systems. In addition to my work experience, I have completed several HRAI certificates during my schooling, and have graduated from the Air conditioning and Refrigeration Apprenticeship Program at George Brown. This has helped me to understand and appreciate the intricacies involved in the HVAC/R field.

I am currently looking for a challenging opportunity to further advance my career. I have a great work ethic, with the ability to grasp new procedures quickly, cope well with pressure, and communicate effectively with superiors, co-workers, and customers. I also possess carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills.

I am always prepared to undertake further training and or job related studies. Working as a building Operator/Maintenance is my main career interest and working within your organization would be, for me, an exciting opportunity. I would welcome the opportunity for an interview to discuss how my skills and experience would benefit Your organization. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Chris Dimitrovski
