? Designed and developed an HMO (health maintenance organization) claim translation front-

end into PPO (preferred physician organization) claims.

? Customized and deployed Blue Cross Association provided software to allow inter-plan

communication of claims between Blue Cross plans (ITS). Customizations included designing

and developing interfaces to in-house claims systems for host claim pricing and on-going

maintenance to a home plan processing utility (HOMEPLAN AID). Responsible for the

analysis and deployment of periodic maintenance upgrades to the Blue Cross Association

delivered software, up to ITS Release 9.3.

? Maintained and enhanced GEAC financials software package. The GEAC AP module was the

predecessor to PeopleSoft AP.

? Developed interfaces from 3 claim processing systems into a common check writer, Valutec

(a purchased software solution). The software provided a single check writing and GL

interface solution for all in-house claims systems.

? Designed and coordinated the development and deployment of a PeopleSoft Enterprise

Performance Management system and subsequent releases. This data warehousing application

required data analysis skills to define data relationships needed for ?state of the enterprise? and

business planning statistical reporting. Have extensive experience working with business

partners to define desired data relationships and statistical calculations, writing source-to-

target maps, researching systems and data stores for relevant data.

? Technical lead for the development, deployment and subsequent maintenance of PeopleSoft

financials suite of applications (GL, AP, Expenses, Purchasing, Inventory, Bank

Reconciliation, Treasury). Extensive experience with the AP module:
