A. C. Develop and execute product tests and validations, analyze resulting data, and document results. Support creation and/or interpret Quality related documentation for project design history files (APQP Plan, Essential Requirements checklist, FMEA, PPAP, first article inspection plans etc.)

D. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Quality related field ASQ CQE, Six Sigma, Shainin, Kepner-Tregoe, etc. certifications are helpful but not required.

My qualifications:

a. Managed two key automotive accounts for all Quality concerns, which generated > $100M/per year This which included driving PPM activities, scorecard management, and all Quality performance metric expectations at the customer manufacturing sites and the coordination of global/cross functional internal teams (Customer, Factory Management, Logistics, Regional & Global Planning, Marketing, Sales, Management, and Engineering) to successfully resolve technical and complex projects.

b. +20 years of coordinating and leading global/multinational cross-functional work teams to resolve customer specific projects from launch, change management, critical supply, and RMA activities in an automotive manufacturing environment.

c. Lead the coordination of global/cross functional external/internal teams (Customer, Factory Management, Logistics, Regional & Global Planning, Marketing, Sales, Management, and Engineering) to successfully resolve technical and complex projects which required expertise in APQP/8D/5Why/FMEA/Failure & Data Analysis, and customer & factory buy-in.

d. Certified Internal/Lead ISO 9001/TS16949 Auditor, and registered Sigma Lean Black Belt.
