OBJECTIVE

I am an Army retiree and combat veteran seeking entry level positions in IT and project management, or

other positions similar in nature and concurrent with my level of training and experience. I value new experiences,

EXPERIENCE

Facility Manager 08/2013 – Present

U.S. Army, Fort Sill, OK

• Managed and improved the physical security, access control, and maintenance of a multipurpose facility with

over 100 classrooms and offices. Safeguarded over $5,000,000 of electronic equipment including PC

workstations and servers.

• Developed and implemented an emergency action plan for over 100 resident personnel in the building, resulting

in effective strategies being enacted to mitigate the effects of incidents, keep personnel safe, and keep property

from being damaged or destroyed.

Sexual Assault Response Coordinator 08/2012 – 08/2013

U.S. Army, Fort Sill, OK

• Developed, implemented and managed the Sexual Harassment and Assault Response & Prevention program on

a U.S. Army installation with over 20,000 personnel and family members. Coordinated first responders, medical

personnel, and other personnel to respond to incidents of sexual assault resulting in the integration of separate

assets into a coordinated response team.

• Collected and analyzed data regarding sexual harassment and assault. Input data into a centralized reporting

database. Analyzed trends and proposed courses of action to the commander based on the data resulting in

improved responses to incidents.

• Implemented and managed a 24-hour response hotline for victims of sexual harassment and sexual assault,

resulting in increased reporting, increased response by health officials and law enforcement, and reduction of

trauma to clients.
