augmentation, HTD( Hire Train & Deploy model) and data Centre

-South (Resourcing). ACS is 30 yrs old organization having its

presence in India, US, to provide staff augmentation & IT

Infrastructure Services. Handled responsibilities of Regional Branch

Head.

Consultant - The Human Dimension was part of Sham Group of companies

Role & Responsibilities Across orgnisations:

Having focused on staffing life cycle- Mining & Mapping accounts,

requirement gathering, delivery & operation till invoices are raised and

follow up on payment.

Account Management:

> Develop close business relationships and generate more business from

existing clients by ensuring high quality service.

> Acting as SPOC (Single Point of contact) for various clients like -

IBM, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, HCL, Capgemini, Qwest (centuryLink),

Cambridge Solution(Xchanging), Iflex (OFSS), geometrics, Polaris,

Siemens Information System, Ness Technologies (USA), etc.

> Interacting with various client representatives and maintained close

relationship to have inflow of requirements.

> Regular interaction with project team on demand forecasting for each

quarter and fulfillment methodology.

> Understanding Business verticals of clients & Attending follow-up

meetings with project Managers.

> Ensure closure of positions within target hire date through rigorous

follow-ups and coordination with the client.

> Client wise closely monitoring revenue and achieving target.

> Part of various business networks - NHRD, CII, NASCOM etc. to get new

business.

Delivery & Operations:

> Understand the requirements based on client assignment/ projects

briefings and handover to recruitment team for fulfillment.

> Focusing & monitoring Requirements in flow and profile out flow.

> Requirement allocation among the team maintaining TAT on the same.

> Monitoring daily selection & submission ratio and guiding team to

adopt new methods of recruitments.

> Regular meetings with recruiters on their monthly Targets.

> Tap various recruitment sources like databases, job sites,

advertisements in national dailies etc. for candidate profiles, head

hunt, network etc e.g - Naukri, Monster, Times Jobs etc.

> Retain daily tracker of submissions on each requirements by recruiter.

> Skills focused on - Testing - Performance & QTP, Manual, Selenium,

Telecom testing, Mobile testing. Mobile Application - IOS application

development, web Technologies, Oracle application, Infrastructure

Management Services (IMS), various flavors of SAP, Peoplesoft,

Informatica, ETL, AS400, Mainframes, DBAs, Quality, Marketing,

Networking etc. etc.

> Giving weightage to Volume hiring for faster selections - walk-in

Drives across locations & clients e.g - IBM, Capgemini, Wipro, HCL &

TechM.

> Interacting with candidates at final stage to minimize NO shows.

> Keeping a track on PO generation till PO released and later

coordinating with finance team to generate invoices,

> Closely monitoring revenue and selections.

> Introduced Virtual Bench data across teams on floor and making use of

the same to explore possibilities with clients as per their skill

demand.

> Managing the employees' deputation across the clients. Maintaining

Bench report & sharing the same with clients for deployment.

> HTD( Hire Train & deploy):

o Initiated HTD with Oracle (OFSS) & HCL. Successfully completed

& on-boarded candidates having trained in Java with Oracle ADF

with OFSS.

Human Resource:
