RESPONSIBI Assure the complete and correct execution of the approved

LITIES Project Quality Plan (PQP).

Ensue that Contractor and Subcontractors are followings the

applicable project Specifications, Operator General

Specifications and International Codes/Standards.

Monitor the Blasting, Painting/coating & Insulation (fire

proofing ) activities by the contractor/sub-contractor on a daily

basis

Ensure all reports that are required, are completed in a timely

manner and file accordingly with project specifications.

Ensure that the painting/coating & Insulation inspection and

testing activities on pipelines are performed and completed as

per the project specifications

Responsible for all required inspection hold points that have

been established by the project specifications are witnessed

Perform in-process and final inspection of coating, painting &

Insulation activities that includes verification of blasting

materials to be used. Inspection and testing of coating/ painting

& Insulation equipment, visual inspection and verify surface

profile of metal surface prior to metal surface prior to coating/

painting after blasting/cleaning.

Ensure that all approved paint product and solvent provided with

product technical data and material safety data sheet (MSDS)

Conduct visual inspection on coated/painted surface and verify

the wet and dry film thickness. Pressure record and sub-

contractors represent & Holiday testing.

Conduct visual inspection of all Blasting, painting/coating,

Insulation & Fire proofing materials to ensure its compliance

with the required project standard and specification by the

contractor and/or sub-contractor. Conduct visual inspection of

all equipment’s to use to ensure equipment’s are calibrated and

in good operating condition.

Conduct in-process and final inspection of painted/coated &

insulated pipe surface including platforms prior to delivery and

installation at site.

Preparation and compilation of quality reports/records and other

quality related documents for activity acceptance and final

project handover.

Ensure proper color coding with RAL# as per Chevron

specification.

Check the paint report of all lines for insulation for assurance

that the line is already hydro tested and accepted by client before

proceeding to insulation works.
