States and Mexico.
IT Director, 2004 - 2013
Asked by CFO to move over to IT, manage development team and assist in
other IT related management duties. IT needed to be restructured and

Developed portal web sites as main communication mechanism between
corporate and US/Canada shops.
Personally worked with rest of organization to evaluate/enhance processes

Implemented and customized Microsoft Dynamics financial modules and Frx

Developed in-house queue-based Collections system integrated with Dynamics

On annual retainer agreements, remotely supported all IT systems and
