Responsible for managing a caseload of 20 to 25 primarily mandated clients which includes psychosocials,

treatment planning, discharge planning as well as case managing. Maintain on-going dialogue with parole

officers, in order to adhere NYS division of parole’s stipulations. Make appropriate referrals to different

treatment modalities like in-patient rehab, detox and methadone maintenance in order to fill client needs. I

Yonkers General Hospital, Yonkers, NY

Created and oversaw the implementation of various satellite units affiliated with Yonkers General Hospital.

In a community based SRO I implemented a Relapse Prevention group addressing triggers and ongoing life

issues as well as individual therapy. In a Bronx situated hospice I implemented groups focusing on

bereavement, health and family issues also HIV education and prevention.

In St. Christopher's Bronx Family Central I assisted in re-uniting children with parents affected by

substances under ACS mandate. Provided life transition groups as well as advocated for clients in Family

Court. In Sharing Community Crises Center I engaged individuals and made appropriate referrals to

Yonkers General Hospital's detox unit.
