options. Secured survey permission from affected landowners. Analyze

title opinions and cure title issues. Develop and maintain good landowner

relationships. Coordinate communications between contractors, construction

and landowners.

2013-2014.

Secured surveyor access permission for Right of Entry and Testing

agreements. Identified and researched land ownership for access and right

of way easements. Negotiated right of way easements with surface owners

for right of way.

Served as a landman in the lease acquisition for major oil and gas clients

Real Estate Manager, 1996-1997.

Responsible for the site acquisition, leasing and zoning for 300 sites

located throughout the Denver MTA. Maintained and adhered to a very

aggressive cell site and microwave acquisition schedule critical to
