Project: Accenture Mortgage Cadence

Duration: August, 2014- Present

Project Description: Mortgage Cadence, a provider of loan origination

software and electronic document management services in the United States,

has become part of Accenture. There are these products within Accenture

Mortgage Cadence ELC, LFC and DC which will continue to be enhanced and

updated. The project follows an Agile Methodology in order to respond to

unpredictability.

Role and Responsibilities: As a business analyst, my role is:-

. To interact with the SME's, stakeholders and cross functional teams to

understand the requirements and ensure that there is clarity in the

requirements being recorded.

. Managing the communication and clarification of requirements between the

business and the development team

. To ensure that the requirements meet the current business needs and

identify the gaps and to determine value added solutions.

. One of my tasks also includes supporting the production tickets and fetch

proper requirements for them.

. To attend daily scrum meetings to discuss the regular updates and

conclude if the sprint is progressing as planned.

. Preparing and reviewing the test scenarios and working with the testing

team to prepare the testing plan, scope and test cases.

Project: Bank Of America- BRM

Duration: February 2014- July 2014

Project Description: The client wanted to move from a legacy system to a

new and more automated payments method and as part of this core banking

transformation an exercise of 'Business Rule Mining' was undertaken.

Role and Responsibilities: As a business analyst, my role involved:-

. Exploring technical and business rules from the COBOL code associated

with the payments that might mitigate the risks during the requirement

analysis.

. To capture these legacy business rules in a way that the business could

validate, control and change them over time.

. To review the rules written by other team members as part of the peer

review exercise.

. To drive the regular status calls with the onshore team for any

clarifications and work progress.

Project: Statefarm- Bank Requirements team

Duration: April, 2012- January 2014

Project Description: As a part of the clients "Customer Driven Evolution

(CDE)" program Accenture is engaged to identify the requirements and decide

the workflow for the Application capture and fulfilment phase

Role and Responsibilities: As a business analyst, my role involved:-

. Studying the current state of the processes. Preparing the AS-IS process

map and the TO-BE scenario.

. Interacting with the client for gathering business and functional

requirements.

. Bridging the gap in domain understanding between the client and technical

Project: Statefarm- Bank Testing Team

Duration: Jan, 2012- March 2012

Project Description: Client is a Fortune 100 insurance company offering

Auto, Health, Life, and Banking Products and Services. As a part of its

"Customer Driven Evolution (CDE)" program, client was seeking to transform

the Banking portfolio's Origination, Underwriting and Pricing process &

models for its Vehicle Lending portfolio. Accenture was engaged to identify

the requirements and build the CDE program which would facilitate the

delivery of the integrated Customer Platform (ICP) that would differentiate

the client by meeting multiple customer needs in an integrated and seamless

way by providing consistently remarkable customer experiences.

Role and Responsibilities: As a functional tester, my role involved:

. Analysing the FRD's, BRD's, user interface specification/ Use Case,

RTM and Master Data Element Sheet.

. Created test cases and test scripts for various requirements under the

Loan origination work packages.

. One of the major tasks executed single handedly was to understand the

expectations and work flow put forward by the onshore team and

communicate and implement the same at offshore

. Created test case scenarios and mapped the same to the test

conditions.
