CBM is a client benefits management application used across Express Scripts to process prescriptions.
The application executes on IBM mainframe platform using CICS, COBOL, DB2, VSAM and Java.

UBS Investment Bank – FX Settlement Application
TICS is foreign exchange currency settlement application used globally across UBS investment bank
to settle FX trades. The application is designed to execute on IBM mainframe platform using CICS,
COBOL, DB2, IMS/DB, VSAM and Java.
Responsibilities:
[Oct’99 – Jun’03] As a Senior Programmer Analyst, involved in development and maintenance of
several online and batch components of the application.
[Jul’03 – Sep’04] As a Lead Support Analyst, lead a team of 5 members tasked with ensuring the
application to be available 24 X 6 days. This involved providing level 2/3 support for the application
users globally.
[Oct’04 – Apr’13] As a Delivery Manager, lead a global team of 10 ~ 12 members tasked with
implementing several enhancements to the application. The development process for these application
changes were performed using Agile methodology. Implemented scrum principles/processes to handle
development / implementation of various application changes. Played the role of scrum master and
interacted effectively with the business users.
[Jul’07 – Apr’13] As a Project Manager, managed SDLC changes across multiple applications.
These changes were implemented successfully on time, within budget and good quality. Managed a
global team with members located in Zurich, Singapore & Chennai. This role was performed in

task involves supporting four divisions, each of them having a version of the software running on
their mainframe.

KEIKI - WELFARE SYSTEM FOR THE STATE OF HAWAII
KEIKI is a Child welfare automation project for Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA), State
Of Hawaii. The Child Welfare System (IV-D) of this state has a VISUAL BASIC user interface with
an ADABAS database and NATURAL (a 4GL language) backend running on IBM mainframe. The
project objective for the first phase is to reverse engineer program specifications and unit test plans.
This is done for every NATURAL language program by reading the source file of each program,
supplied by the client, CSEA Hawaii.
Responsibilities:

NOMADS is a child support project for Welfare Division of the state of NEVADA. It is an On-line,
fully integrated eligibility determination and benefit delivery system. The System is designed for the
IBM Mainframe Environment Using CSP and DB2. The Development of the System is done using
CSP/2AD. The implementation is using CICS and DB2.
NOMADS is a Multi-million dollar 150 man year project for the State of Nevada, U.S to
monitor Child welfare, Food stamps, Unemployment support, Parent locate service etc. Developed
in CSP 2/AD as the 4 GL and DB2/2 as the database at Madras and the code is sent through
64 kb satellite link to the IBM-3090 mainframe based at Nevada.
Responsibilities:
As a Team Lead, involved in the following:
- Lead a team consisting of 6 team members.
- Responsible for the development of several IVA modules.
- Review and String test the programs developed by the team.
- Interact with the onsite team in resolving issues.
