Outside of the military, over the last many years, my strongest employment has been based in customer
service. Current experience has been working in Customer service Help Desk environment for the last two years.
Recent opportunity has given exposure to Support Analysis and Data Production which has also cultivated a goal of
self learning to obtain A+ certification. These experiences have also led to looking for a position with a company
which can provide a challenge and develop a career as well. With the possession of a customer service oriented
