RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing field construction management, checkout, testing, and
commissioning support to Clients during the construction/commissioning of
power generation facilities. Primarily in the electrical construction and
commissioning area as Engineering Liaison, Construction Field Engineer,
Senior Construction Advisor and Commissioning Specialist
EXPERIENCE
Over 24 years of experience in electrical construction/commissioning and
maintenance at industrial/commercial construction, manufacturing,
production, and mine sites. I have worked at various chemical,
petrochemical and production plants; paper mills; coal and gas-fired power
plants; mining facilities; and other industrial type facilities in the
United States, and Overseas. Working in management, supervision, and
production worker roles throughout my career, I have managed, supervised or
performed industrial/commercial type electrical construction/commissioning
work for various contractors.
Ausenco - (Australian Engineering Company)
Electrical Construction Supervision/Management and Commissioning Specialist
- Responsible for the oversight of the electrical
construction/commissioning activities at the Barrick Goldstrike Mine - TCM
Leach Project located North of Carlin, NV. Duties include interfacing with,
and coordinating the electrical contractors and factory representatives,
monitoring the quality of electrical construction, performing bid walks,
resolving technical queries, issuing field instructions, design reviews,
planning, estimating costs and scheduling, resolving field problems, and
interfacing with the design engineers in the resolution of design issues.
Other duties include supporting the construction testing of electrical
equipment prior to commissioning.

Electrical/I&C Systems Turnover Coordinator - Responsibilities include
coordinating the transfer of care, custody, and control on a scoped package
basis, between the electrical construction, the commissioning group, and
the client. Schedule walk downs, collect walk down results for inclusion
into the master deficiency list. Coordinate the assembly of the
documentation associated with the electrical systems turnover packages at
the Conemaugh- SCR Project located in New Florence, Pennsylvania. Duties
include interfacing with, and coordinating the transfer of documentation
from the electrical contractors and factory representatives, to the

Electrical Engineering Field Liaison, Electrical Construction Management -
Responsibilities include prepare and publish Electrical Testing and Visual
Inspection Procedures for the project. Ensuring the latest electrical
drawings published are an accurate reflection of the "as found" field
wiring prior to beginning any Elect. & I/C demo work. Provide oversight,
final acceptance, document control, and completion turnover for the visual
inspections and electrical testing of the cables and equipment that were
potentially fire, heat, or water damaged during the 2011 Unit 3 fire. My
duties at the Xcel Energy - Sherco 3 Restoration Project in Becker,
Minnesota include interfacing with, and coordinating the electrical
contractor, review all completed electrical test documentation, order
materials needed to repair/replace damaged equipment, coordinate, schedule,
track, and inspect all equipment repairs, resolve field issues, monitor the
quality of electrical construction, and interface with design engineers to
provide resolution of design issues, verify existing drawings are current
and provide redlined drawings to engineering if discrepancies are found.

Electrical/I&C Inspector - Construction Management, Electrical/I&C Systems
Turnover Coordinator - Responsibilities include joint oversight of the
electrical construction, monitoring the quality of electrical construction,
interfacing with design engineer in the resolution of design issues,
assisting/performing commissioning field activities, and resolving field
problems. Other duties include coordinating the transfer of care, custody,
and control on a scoped package basis, between the electrical construction,
the commissioning group, and the client. Schedule walk downs, collect walk

Senior Construction Advisor - Provide advisory services, recommendations to
Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and the project subcontractors (Hyundai Engineering
and Construction, Fisia Italimpianti) regarding the erection execution of
the project at the Shuaiba North Cogeneration (Power/Distillation) Plant in
Shuaiba, Kuwait. Duties include review the project construction and
commissioning execution plans, sequence, schedule and progress. Other
duties include identify problems that negatively impact the project
schedule, attend construction/commissioning and key meetings addressing the
progress of the project. (2008 to 2009)
Electrical Construction Management and Commissioning Specialist -
Responsible for the oversight of the electrical construction/commissioning
activities at the Ameren Sioux WTP, Fire Protection, WFGD Projects in West
Alton, Missouri. Duties include interfacing with, and coordinating the
electrical contractors and factory representatives assisting/performing the
commissioning activities, resolving field problems, monitoring the quality
of electrical construction, and interfacing with design engineer in the
resolution of design issues. Other duties include supporting the
construction testing of electrical equipment prior to commissioning.

construction, and interfacing with design engineer in the resolution of
questions. Other duties included supporting the construction testing of
