HCL /EDTA Elution Techniques with Inhose Reagents In Revoming The Warm Reactive

IgG types Antibodies intact with red blood cells in Thalassaemic Patients ”.

• During my research work I went door to door to collect blood samples of thalassaemic

patients. It was just like social activity for me.

3 Donation 2 month aphoresis instrument, Donation of blood, preparation of

arm for blood donation and sampling.

4 Screening 3 month Screening of blood from HIV,HCV,AIDS,MP,VDRL

testing,CMV.

Institute of Pathology (AFIP) Rawalpindi. Departmental detail of the training is as under.

and Cross matching, Screening of donor, component

preparation and Antibody screening and identification.

3 Histopathology 5 Months Worked as Trainee Medical Laboratory Technologist in

& Histopathology & Cytopathology department fully equipped

with stat of the art equipments, sections including Gross Room,

Cytopathology FNA Studies, Immunohistochemistry, Routine Histopath

processing room covering Frozen sections, routine section

cutting, embedding, H&E stain and other histological stainings
