• Had to design a remotely controlled quad-copter can operate through gates with a payload and drop off the payload at a pinpoint

location.

• Designed and built the main frame and payload release mechanism with SolidWorks and Tolerance Analysis.

• Manufactured the various parts of the quad-copter using CNC and 3D printings. Integrated modules including Arduino, 6 DOF

IMU, Ultrasonic Sensor, servo motors, battery, and fly controller, receiver.

Team Member, Human Powered Vehicle Challenge – ASME City College of New York

• Had to design a human powered vehicle and race with other school team’s vehicle.

• Designed the vehicle’s main frame with Catia v5 and analyzed it by using Finite Element Analysis.

• Designed the vehicle’s fairing with Solidworks and performed aerodynamic analysis in ANSYS Fluent.

• Successfully reduced 20% of the main frame’s weight and 15% of the fairing’s drag compare to last year’s design.
