Experience/ Engineering Projects
Project Manager Assistance– POCHÉ Corporation
10/14 – Present
• Work with a project manager to manage from small apartments to buildings renovation projects.
• Prepare initial estimates, schedules and design basic documents allowing for quicker, more effective decision-making and
execution by project manager.
• Translate and explain the interior designers’ idea and drawing to the construction workers.
Team Member, INVELOX – SheerWind Inc. and US Army
09/13 – 06/14
• Serve as Computation Fluid Dynamic Analyzer (ANSYS Fluent) and Materials selector of a 5 person team of engineers
designing a rapidly deployable, foldable and portable INVELOX wind turbine for the United States Army.
• Manufactured a customized prototype from a patented product.
• Our team were the first team that can successfully build a fully functional prototype since the project started in our school 3 years
ago.

Team Member, Student Design Competition (Quad-copter) – ASME City College of New York
09/13 – 05/14
• Had to design a remotely controlled quad-copter can operate through gates with a payload and drop off the payload at a pinpoint
location.
• Designed and built the main frame and payload release mechanism with SolidWorks and Tolerance Analysis.
• Manufactured the various parts of the quad-copter using CNC and 3D printings. Integrated modules including Arduino, 6 DOF
IMU, Ultrasonic Sensor, servo motors, battery, and fly controller, receiver.

Team Member, Human Powered Vehicle Challenge – ASME City College of New York
09/13 – 05/14
• Had to design a human powered vehicle and race with other school team’s vehicle.
• Designed the vehicle’s main frame with Catia v5 and analyzed it by using Finite Element Analysis.
• Designed the vehicle’s fairing with Solidworks and performed aerodynamic analysis in ANSYS Fluent.
• Successfully reduced 20% of the main frame’s weight and 15% of the fairing’s drag compare to last year’s design.
