Manager, HR Partner (Supporting an Acute Care Hospital)

Long Beach, CA - February 2014 to Present

Provides human resources support to client group (College Medical Center) to assist, guide, and direct

business leaders with management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

Ensures alignment of local business and corporate objectives

Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues through conducting effective, thorough and
