LLC as a Quality Auditor helping approve and monitor jobs being run at

different areas of the plant.

03-28-12 back to 12-27-2010: I worked part-time for North Coast Fitness,

330-***-**** as a Repair Tech/ Assembly of Nordic Track Equipment.

12-27-10 back to 10-1-2009: I worked for May Floors, (Steve May, Owner,

517-***-****) on a full-time/part-time, as needed basis, installing &

refinishing wood floors.

10-1-2009 back to 10-1-2008: I sold my self employed business: "Ewing's

Wood Floors in 2008, then mentoring the new owners for over a year.

10-1-2008 back to 04-1-95: I opened & started my own self employed DBA,

"Ewing's Wood Floors in 1995. My wife & I ran the business full time for

over 30 years. I also purchased the Bowling Center from my parents in 1996

as a supplement for the flooring business. I opened a DBA of "Ewing's

Bowling Center" and ran both businesses for over 3 years. I then sold the

Bowling Center in 1999 as the flooring business took off and was my

livelihood for over 30 years.

04-1-95 back to 1979: I worked as a machinist for Len Industries,

advancing to a Supervisor position in production, then advancing to

supervision over Plant Maintance/ Machine Build and Repair Department. I

was certified by J.A.M.A. to give lift truck tests, therefore have

experience with many types of lift/fork trucks.

Additional Information: I built my own home, acting as the general

contractor, in 1993 in the time period of 9 months.

My wife & I have been involved in a Life Leadership Business for the past 9

+ years. Our focus is on personal growth & development/life coaching

skills, and improving people skills. Our principle is a motto of;

Have had many other Supervisor Training classes through LCC in the past.

I also have a Chauffeurs License.
