Worked as a CBX Operator answering multi-line phones in a very fast paced demanding job. Team work

was essential and sometimes very strenuous. Limited associates to answer phones during high call

volumes. Group meetings were held to assess and evaluate the situation. Volunteered on a regular basis

on days off and worked double shifts as part of the resolution. The result over all was call quality

improved by 70%
