EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

Manchester tank: Bedford, Indiana 02-02-12 to 12-12-14. Worked as the

Maintenance Manager. In charge of supervised two shifts of maintenance

Worked as the Plant Electrician, and Purchasing agent. My duties include

the complete engineering of production lines, and ordering procured parts

for all electrical systems. Did all the troubleshooting, installation, and

design of all the plant electrical systems. Worked on improved work flow,

and improved production with innovative methods. Setup inventory stocks of

procured electrical parts to minimized production down time. Assisted

management with process improvements and cost reductions. Responsible for

department budget expenditures for all electrical systems. Managed parts

supply for scheduled reordering. Electrical systems included PLC,

sensors, frequency drives, motors AC, and DC, Robots, transfer stations,

soft start controls, encoders, line systems, and overhead cranes.

Visteon, Bedford Indiana IN: 02-12-95 to 03-31-07 Worked in maintenance

as a Journeyman Electrician. My Duties included installation of new

wiring, troubleshooting machinery, preventive maintenance on machinery,

moving machinery, installation of air lines, vacuum lines. installing

electrical outlets, replacing sensors, switches, pressure gages, light

curtains. Hydraulic troubleshooting, pneumatic troubleshooting, working

with programmable controllers, MIG welding, TIG welding, stick welding,

lathe work, milling machine work. Repaired HAVC units air conditioners,

air handlers, HVAC control systems. Calibrating equipment. Worked with

mass spectrometer helium leak testers. Supervised and trained Apprentice

maintenance personal. Working on Engel Plastic Mold Machines. Working

with Star robots. Worked with all types of motorized lift equipment. The

injection molding department in charge of repairing 38 Engel Plastic Mold

Machines.

reading blue prints of prototype parts and making the parts off of the

parts, programming sonic welders, programming and setting up resistance

welders, programming computer-operated tube benders, working with various

hand tools in hand fabricating automotive parts. Using height gage, layout

table, sine plate to check part tolerances. Performed calibration test

equipment. Statistically analyzed the parts, and prepared chart displays

to be presented. Worked with design Engineers on prototypes and analyzed,

and examined, and evaluated them to be proposed production parts.

Owned, and operated, and taught at Davis Martial Arts Academy LLC in

Bedford, IN from 1988 to 2008. Currently own and operate Davis Self-

Storage LLC, in Bedford Indiana which I have done all the marketing, record

keeping, maintenance, and management for since 1995 to current.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATES

Have license requirements in for Indiana Mortgage Broker. Have

certificate as a universal Air-conditioning technician. Have Journeyman

Electrician card. Have advance open water diver certificate from PADI.
