Manage, track and analyze the full range of program elements designed to grow a valued network of 840

independently-owned and operated specialty retailers who have committed to 100% brand loyalty in the window

covering product category and will generate more than $140M in annual purchases.

Coordinate and screen the dealer nomination process with the sales team, including validating all candidates through

mystery shops, credit checks, evaluating sales performance, product mix as well as compliance with trademark and

marketing policies on the candidates web site and consumer advertising. Investigate the nominee’s prior activity with

our customer service teams. Evaluate requests for competitive product placement under specific conditions.

Write, publish and distribute a quarterly marketing updates to the group to insure program consistency.

Create monthly reports and distribute to the sales, marketing and finance, for each individual account tracking their

Coordinate the efforts of various internal project teams from the product business units, field alliance coordinators, IT,

Supported owners of 19 independently-owned and operated Hunter Douglas fabricators.

Managed all logistics of Independent Fabricator Group meetings and events including various sales and training

symposiums, galas and annual Presidents’ Council Meetings.
