using Peoplesoft 9.1 for their workforce management. The are using HCM, NA
Payroll, Time and Labor, TAM, Benefits administration, ePerformance,

project is for implanting Peoplesoft Portal environment and integrate it

As a portal consultant, am responsible for following activities -
- RBS was earlier using a non-peoplesoft portal for its employees and it
needed to be merged with peoplesoft and single signon needed to be
setup with Peoplesoft Portal.
- Peoplesoft Portal is implemented and integrated with Core-HR and ELM &
CRM environments. This portal environment will be integrated with RBS
portal for easy access to employees.
- My work is to work on pagelet development, security setup, HCM
component/page creation for displaying them as pagelets etc. so that
the content from the other environments can be accessed appropriately
in portal environment.
- Working directly with the client and discuss the requirements and
issue, do the necessary configuration in Peoplesoft Portal
environment, do the necessary documentation and testing. Interact with
Core-HR and ELM teams to get the necessary content from their side to
be published in Portal environment

Company along with other vendors is involved in upgrading the existing
PeopleSoft 8.3 to PeopleSoft 9.0 and is also involved in Enhancement &
Maintenance of existing PeopleSoft functionality. The scope includes
upgrading of HRMS, Payroll, GPM, GCP, CRM, Portal and re-implementing
Recruiting Solutions. The three instances of HRMS, GCP and GPM are merged
into single instance.
