A member of the first in place /bench mark /hand over teams .

• Close coordination with the site team and the client for meeting the agreed date .

• Issue & Follow all pending RFI's / Materials submittals for the above items.

• Weekly report for the above mentioned items

• Maintain Drawings close out and as built drawings .

2- BESIX –ALSTOM / S. Project Engineer for Tram way project 800 Mi $, 10 Months

• Direct supervision for civil work ( Under ground services relocation)

• Sub Contractor Supervision

• Constructing new utilities for the new rails system

• Road diversions

• Coordinating with M.E Teams

2- BESIX –VEOlIA

Asst . PM for sewerage treatment plant 12 Months /Dubai UAE

• Coordinating between the client and the contractors .

• Supervision of all civil works ( Building,pipelines).

• Supervision of most of the process activities .

• Coordination between civil and M.E activities .

• Progress monitoring .

• Managing contractors ( 7 Different companies with different scopes).

• Work closely with the PM and Project control team to assess and monitor the progress .

• Co-ordination between the Site, Technical Office, Contractors, Consultants, and com.

• Reporting to the Project Manager. (Daily, Weekly, Monthly). preparing Micro schedule and

comparing it with the site engineers ( Tracking sheet).Control achievement of workforce.

• Site co-ordination between Finishes, MEP, Telecom, Rides, Landscapes & Civil

contractors. and trying to solve all the problem immediately ( if possible) .

• Site super vision to all the activities ( Concrete, steel, finishes, Services …( inspection,

quality and progress ).

• Following the materials submittal status with the consultant.

• Following all DCR, NCR,FCN, CVI, AMPI, issued by others .

• Close coordination between utilities contractors, the

Building contractors, landscape contractor & logistic managers and reports to the PM
