EXPERIENCE PAYROLL COORDINATOR, SYNERGY

December 2006 – July 2014

Set up new accounts and managed 20 small to large size payrolls for a PEO Company. These 20

accounts totaled approximately 900 to 1000 employees in multiple states which I processed on a

weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly frequency. I was also responsible for all client and

employee changes including benefit changes and the tracking of accruals for each client. I also

assisted in testing two payroll systems for conversion.

PAYROLL COORDINATOR, SEMCO/PROGRESSIVE EMPLOYER SERVICES

2004 - 2006

Processed 30 small to large size payrolls for a PEO Company. These 30 accounts totaled

approximately 1000 Florida employees. I was also responsible for all client and employee

changes and the tracking of accruals for each client.

EMERGENCY ROOM RECORDS COORDINATOR, THE SCHUMACHER GROUP

2001 – 2004

Compiled emergency room charts on a daily basis, verifying that the charts were complete and

properly prepared prior to sending off for the coding and billing process.

SENIOR PAY/BILL SPECIALIST, INTERIM SERVICES

1993 - 2000

Processed and balanced payroll for approximately 800 temporary staff employees in multiple

states, billing the various clients for their services. Assisted in the year-end and W2 process.

INTERPAY INC., PAYROLL SPECIALIST/PRINTROOM OPERATOR

1990 - 1993

Assisted in opening and managing a satellite payroll office for small to medium size companies.

I worked all aspects of this office which included the setting up of all new accounts, processing

payroll and the balancing of quarterly and year-end tax returns. Additional duties included

training new hires, running the print room and backing up of the payroll files on a daily basis.

Interpay only had one account signed on when I started and had grown to almost 200 accounts

when I left.
