Job description:

Lead the implementation of the quality and food safety management system (BRC, ISO

22000,ISO 9001, ISO14001 and YUM)

Responsible for implementing the Specs of restaurants products as Americana company

supply a series of big restaurants ( Hardee’s,KFC, Pizza hut, TGI,Steak house,Chili’s, food

ruckers, Dairy queen, Cook door,Express, canton, Taco hut, Jolly be restaurants )within

KSA and throughout the gulf area and Egypt.

Review and approve the risk assessment of the different products and establishment

of the HACCP plans for the new products.
