ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

To coordinate with Consultants and Architects to ensure that detailed plans are made in line

with the agreed Plan.

To coordinate and ensure that the project site is ready (free from any encumbrances) before the

actual construction starts, for example, land acquisition, ensuring the land is free of any

encroachments, utility shifting etc.

To ensure availability of materials, equipment etc that are to be provided at site

To supervise work at site to ensure that contractors are executing as per contract and to

required quality and contract specifications and work completion is on schedule.

To provide technical guidance on site whenever & wherever required and resolving critical

issues on site and be the single point of coordination with the Regional and HOD as required.

To monitor the costs at Site periodically and ensure they are within budget.

To ensure that there is a conducive and safe work environment at the site.

To manage and motivate of all staff at all levels to ensure that there is high morale and

commitment at the site and productivity levels are maintained.

To ensure proper storage, record keeping and inventory of all materials at site

To check and confirm that the quantities of work at site is done correctly by the quantity

surveyor and reporting of work progress to Manager / HOD.

To ensure that reporting to Manager or HOD on the project is timely completion and

participate in all project review meetings.

Project Planning & Execution, Site Management, and Coordination with Contractors, Site

Staff, Preparation of Drawings, Payment of Contractors Bill and Other Miscellaneous works.

To Find out the work volume and prepare the civil execution schedule activities.

To Detail the Quality assurance Plan for Inspection, Testing & Acceptance of Materials,

Equipment and construction work at site in line with the corporate guidelines.

To ensure that all Quality Assurance & Quality Control activities are being carried out

effectively and in a timely manner, so that the quality of material (cement, steel, etc)&

equipment being used at the site is of high quality and reliable.

To ensure that Quality & Safety training is regularly conducted for all staff including contractor

staff.

Timely Submitting the Contractor’s Bill after checking and Verifying to the Manager / HOD.

Timely submitted the DPR to the Manager / HOD.

Responsible for all lab tests conducted in the concerned activity.

To conduct the Internal Audit for Checking Works Quality and all respected Records.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:-

Bachelor of Technology in CIVIL ENGINEERING in 2014 from Punjab Technical University,

Jalandhar (Punjab).

Diploma in Industrial safety management (2008) Jamshedpur Jharkhand.
