Performs other Physical Plant/Power Plant related duties as assigned like
lubrication and greasing.
Operation and Inspection of boilers, turbines and its auxiliary equipments and
chemical dozing pumps/system.
Daily inspections and routine field rounds of equipment including boiler, turbine,
cooling towers.
Equipment isolation and tagging for safe maintenance and understanding of safety
procedures.
Ensuring the safe operation of the generation units.
Ability to remain alert and observant while on shift. Assist in troubleshooting
operational problems.
Carryout duties as needed from the Operations Shift Engineers/Supervisors.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Vallabhbhai National
Institute of Technology, Surat, Gujarat, India.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Ahmedabad. (Tech.
Education Board-Gujarat State).
