I have been in the construction industry for 25+ years, including 20+ years as a superintendent/project

manager. I have completed various projects in all parts of the country including union, non-union, and

open shop projects. From ground up projects,(retail, restaurants, commercial) to seismic retrofits to

complete remodels. I have brought my projects in complete, on time, on budget and in a professional

manner. I have extensive experience in permitting, dealing with planning departments and with

local/state/federal agencies, special inspections, etc, as well as hands- on experience in most trades,

from foundations to finish carpentry. I also have extensive experience in site safety, EPA regulations,

environmental remediation and hazardous waste management.

I also have experience with various project management software applications such as SOCS,USACE

QCS, and Project.

including, $10million buttress system for 5 building Chiron development in Emeryville, CA.

subcontractors for nationwide remodels of Western Auto/Parts America stores, Dollar Tree stores and

F.M. Hall - Atlanta GA. (1993-1995): Pre-qualifying, hiring and supervising all subcontractors for
