INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVE
My career began in Military Intelligence with the United States Army, later
I earned my Bachelor's of Science Degree, and I am now working toward my
Master's Degree. Previous colleagues and clients have described me as
innovative, client and team centered, and passionate for results. I
embrace challenge, I'm task focused, and tend to thrive in fast-paced
environments. I am reliable and comfortable working to deadlines and work
diligently to achieve meaningful results. I have experience managing work
in both individual contributor and leadership roles. I'm extremely
approachable and form and maintain relationships with ease. I'm highly
skilled at defusing negative situations and achieving favorable outcomes
among clientele. I currently work in the healthcare field and I'm excited

o Scheduling of clients and routing a large volume of client and facility
originated calls.
o Accurately registering insurances, advising clients, and obtaining
referrals.
o Managing doctor-team and facility-wide scheduling preferences and
protocols that change daily.
o Maintaining and accurately transcribing digitally stored patient records.
o Processing of client and facility account payments and establishing
budgeted payment plans.
o Negotiating and diffusing tense situations with challenging patients in
order to maintain

o Responsible for verifying that all receptionists scheduled their clients
