relevant to the towing industry. I completed the ABS Lead Auditor Course
in April 2006 and have conducted internal management and vessel audits
and vessel inspections since 2005. I was responsible for coordinating
and conducting quarterly vessel audits and inspections of 85 vessels per
quarter for the past four and a half years. I have completed over 400

have been conducting internal management audits since 2007 to assist our

working for the ACTion group companies, I have worked with the owners
and operators of various mid-size towing companies to coordinate their
maintenance and repair activities in the Gulf Coast area. I have over 20
years of experience in the health, safety, and environmental field. This
experience began with membership in my local volunteer fire department,
which later leads to my career in law enforcement and that of emergency

ACTion group companies in writing, implementation, and training of
various courses specific to towing vessel safety.
