Responsibilities and duties consist of Assisting in verifying

accuracy of shipments by counting, weighting, or measuring items and

comparing size, weight, description, and code numbers with information

on invoice or packing slip and purchase orders, record any discrepancies

or damage. Open crates and other containers using hand tools to unpack

items received. Inspect shipments for damage and defects. Move inventory

to various locations manually or by operating mechanical equipment,

including forklift, pallet jack, and handcart. Load and unload delivery

truck by hand or with pallet jack. Responsible for delivery of items

received by assigned warehouse to proper school or department on a daily

basis. Assist in the warehousing and storage of supplies and equipment,

which may include surplus furniture, equipment, certain school records,

and consumable materials. Maintain proper and necessary safety and fire

prevention equipment within warehouse as prescribed by law and school

policy. Operate tools equipment, and machinery according to prescribed

steel coils from railcars and Tractor trailers rigs, warehousing them

into the right warehouse by weight and thickness of the coils. Equipment

operated on daily bases consists of 5,000 pound, 10,000 pound, 17,000

pound propane powered forklifts, and 40,000 pound diesel powered

forklifts for loading, unloading trucks and railcars, moving, stacking,

Worked for the ACTion group companies (formerly Foret

Enterprises, Inc.) since August 2005. As the Manger of Safety and

Training I have conducted internal management audits, vessel audits and

inspections, and taught health, safety, and environmental courses

relevant to the towing industry. I completed the ABS Lead Auditor Course

in April 2006 and have conducted internal management and vessel audits

and vessel inspections since 2005. I was responsible for coordinating

and conducting quarterly vessel audits and inspections of 85 vessels per

quarter for the past four and a half years. I have completed over 400

vessel audits and inspections during this time period. Additionally I

have been conducting internal management audits since 2007 to assist our

customer base with compliance of their safety management systems. While

working for the ACTion group companies, I have worked with the owners

and operators of various mid-size towing companies to coordinate their

maintenance and repair activities in the Gulf Coast area. I have over 20

years of experience in the health, safety, and environmental field. This

experience began with membership in my local volunteer fire department,

which later leads to my career in law enforcement and that of emergency

medical technician. I have called upon that experience to assist the

I have worked on Automobiles for friends and family members.

Automotive work has consisted of oil changes, transmission fluid and

filter changes, also consisting with the proper draining of the torque

converter, changing and adjusting front and rear brakes, Tune-ups,

(spark plugs, plugs wires, distributor cap and rotor, air filter, PCV

valve), adjusting timing and idle to specifications. In the early to

late 80's I have over hauled several engines, pulled and replaced

engines, transmissions, rear ends, upper and lower control arms,

spindles, radiators, heater cores, steering columns, door windows, door

motors. I also have removed and replaced some body parts (doors, fender,

hoods, trunks) with proper alignment. Most of all the mechanic work I

have done is to engines with carburetors. Minor engine repair work done

to engines with fuel injection.
