Openstack Consultancy - Bangalore (Sept 2012 - Aug 2014)
Recruiting focus on experienced Software Engineers, Software QA Engineers,
Database Engineers, Systems Engineers and IT Professionals for Openstack's
clients. Partnering closely with the Account Manager while working with
customers to understand their requirements for candidates. Responsible for
the recruiting candidates and maintaining strong relationships between
candidates and clients. Successfully worked remotely and made significant

Responsibilities
. Sourced, selected, technically screened, and ultimately presented
appropriate candidates to Client managers
. Interface with clients to present candidates, understand job
requirements/project goals and deadlines
. Present technical employment opportunities to candidates who match
client technical requirements
. Conduct mock interviews in order to prepare candidates for client
interviews
. Maintain and update records in the internal corporate database for
potential future opportunities
. Conduct phone screening with potential candidates and build
relationship with them
. Schedule interviews for candidates and follow up with them during
boarding program
. Proactively source candidates at all levels through cold calling,
association membership lists, database mining, internet, referrals,
previous placements, job boards, internal database, social networks,
and professional networking
