I take a lot of pride in my work and I try to be the best I can be at what I do, I can fix and work on anything,

I took a sales class that was overwhelming and learned a lot about selling products and services with the

right company I coul help them grow tremendously. I'm very customer oriented and love my work... I will tell

everyone I don't mind working overtime at all but I dont live to just work, I work to live and be as successful as

Responsibilities

I started as a helper doing new construction and was a ditch helper for excavation jobs, I also went to plumbing

school during that time frame, I also sub contracted from him after I went into business for myself until 2010

and he decided to do his rental properties only. I achieved getting my license and gained a ton of knowledge

from him he was in business for over 50 years and helped me out tremendously.

Accomplishments

I had a fairly big impact at this job mostly after taking my sales class and helping with sales of his and my own

businesses, I sold over $456,000 dollars in a year, and helping with maintenance agreements, they should

be offered by any successful company that's going to stay in business and be around awhile. I learned how

to work on wells, read blue prints and much much more of the older plumbing like putting cast iron together

and how to install and repair things up to code and had extremely great learning experience from a very great

teacher... I'm Glad he had the patience to help me and get me prepared for what I do now.

Skills Used

Running service calls, drain cleaning, excavating and installing new construction plumbing, which I cannot

keep up with that rat race anymore it's to cut and dry and I'm a perfectionist and wouldn't make timely jobs

completed in time because I'm not in the business to race I'm in it to live and learn with the new technology

and stay a service technician and be the best out here or I can be.

I ran the entire business, answering the phones, hiring and firing, bill outs accounts receivable and payables,

set up appointments, ran service, did all my own excavation work, drain cleaning, cameraed sewers, upsold

jobs, service,repair, & replacement mostly in residential and apartment complexes, I also took a Nexstar sales

training class that was a week long and learned how to upswell very well and afterwards I was very successful

until multiple deaths in my family happened within a 2 month time frame and I closed my business, I'm very

customer oriented and take a lot of pride in my job, I am certified for Navien and Rinnai tankless water heaters

and certified for Trac pipe, I can operate any and all Cat type wobble stick backhoes and excavators. I am a

service tech to the core, not a new construction plumber I've done it for a few years and I'm not fast I take

my time because I'm a perfectionist, I've alwa gotten compliments on my work and professionalism. Also I'm

a licensed plumbing contractor.

Accomplishments

I was very successful and would have loved to continue to still be owning my own business, I strived to be

the best I co be and gained tons of knowledge from several sources, I learned how to treat people and their

homes, and businesses.

Everything that has to do with plumbing and how to run a plumbing business, I'm very knowledgable and can

work on anything and some things people can't or have problems with example well work and knowing the

code book very well.

after each class, they don't give you anything for taking the class saying you took is the only downside.
