Currently I am a Customer Service Rep with Griffith Energy in Berryville, VA I field all incoming calls, schedule
work for service and delivery, reconcile accounts, prepare deposits, verify client information and supply support to
others as needed.
Prior position was to dispatch and schedule for Jones Rogers Inc. HVAC techs as well as customer service and
invoicing, parts ordering, establishing and maintaining truck and shop inventory. Also provided assistance to the
office manager wherever needed and fill in for other departments as needed. Jones Rogers was purchased by
Griffith in January 2013.

Position entailed overseeing a 300 unit complex and assisting in all phases of daily and monthly reports, assisting
with resident, maintenance and leasing issues in a prompt manner, deposits, phones, A/P, A/R and supplies
orders. Prior positions held were and Purchasing Agent for 15
residential sites and over 30 retail and commercial locations. This included price verifications, authorizations, PO
creation, distribution, billing, return/exchanges, price list maintenance and billing resolution.

Glass, Inc. Fairfax, VA Responsibilities were to open
and run the office on a daily basis when the Manager is at appointments and meetings. This would include
handling the phones and walk in customers, scheduling mobile and in shop appointments, order entry and
invoicing, all phases of customer service as well as daily reports, deposits and daily correspondence with the
General Office. Also included month end inventory, financial and sales reports.
