SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER. Directed entire program for Global AOL 9.0 SE/LE release with 400+ features,
releasing 7 clients to 6 countries with a Latino client in the US. Oversaw 75+ direct Matrixed individuals with 2000+
employees working on program. Managed $85M technology development program budget. Provided updates to
Europe CEO, Country Managing Director and Senior US Executives and presented material to 100+employees on
weekly basis. Collaborated with Product Managers on product requirements to ensure achievable requests within
program timeframe. Worked with feature teams developing mitigation strategies to solve problems.
SENIOR TECHNICAL MANAGER. Managed 1st client bi-location development team and integrated 7 remote senior
developers into existing engineering team. Directed 3 core communication teams for AOL Client (Mail, Instant
Messaging and Address Book), developing cornerstone service features that members use daily.
