Attention Director of Human Resources
Attached please find my resume for consideration in joining your company.
With many years in the tool and die manufacturing environment and having owned a
construction company, I believe I would be a valuable asset and team member for your
company.
My experience in the tool and die manufacturing environment as well as the owning and
operating a construction company has prepared me to excel in the ever-changing business
environment. I believe I can help your business grow and achieve your goals.
My tool and die experience has enabled me to work closely with customers to understand,
execute, and deliver their tooling needs on time and on budget. For example, my work with
Da-Lite Screen in Warsaw, Indiana, in the design and development of custom machines led to
additional new jobs, tooling upgrades, and the maintenance of existing Da-Lite machines – all of
which helped the growth of our tool and die business.
In my custom home experience, I operated as director of sales, purchasing manager, and
project manager to ensure the satisfaction of the customers before, during, and after the sale.
Owning a business has giving me the understanding of the importance of taking care of the
customer while still growing the customer base.
Throughout my career, I have always looked for ways to increase productivity without
sacrificing safety and quality which benefits the customer and the company. My experience in
the firefighting service taught me those valuable lessons as well.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or additional information that you would
require. Please contact me at 574-***-**** or at acn2z9@r.postjobfree.com Thank you for the
consideration, and I look forward to being a part of your team.
Sincerely,
Jim Beck
