Frontenac Bank, April 2013 – December 2014
• Analyzed financial statements and prepared loan requests for approval.
• Completed systematic review of Bank’s entire portfolio, examining cash flows, collateral
values, and adherence to documentation requirements. Identified previously unrecognized potential
problem credits. Determined over 15% of the portfolio was eligible for upgrade, providing $180M
cushion in managing the loan loss reserve.
• Monitored all lines of credit for adherence to ongoing reporting requirements and prepared
quarterly reports on those credits.
• Prepared quarterly Watch List reporting and collateral impairment calculations.
• Managed the accumulation of financial information to implement a Bank wide stress testing
program and developed an internal reduced scale program for the Bank.

• Developed individual financial services practice.
• Served as 3 years as client relations manager, providing superior customer service for clients
who no longer had a current agent.
• Provided detailed analysis of the clients’ current financial situation, including risk tolerance
versus actual asset allocation, long term cash flow needs versus expected distribution sources and
life insurance needs versus current coverage amounts.

• Analyzed financial statements and prepared loan requests from $500M-$10MM for
approval.
• Worked with the loan officers to determine the structure, collateral and pricing acceptable to
the Bank and secured loan approval for high net worth clients.
July 1998 – December 2002, Special Assets Group
• Managed a portfolio of $20MM in problem commercial loans, working with the borrowers
to help them refinance the debt to another lender, rehabilitate their finances to allow the loan to be
retained by the bank or to liquidate the collateral to collect the debt.
• Exceeded the bank’s goals for collections every year, based on collecting 90% of beginning
balances and new loans assigned with a target of 90%/60%/10% in each third of the year.
• Handled all aspects of the workout process including full review and analysis of the loan and
collateral documents, meeting with the borrower and counsel, negotiating forbearance terms,
insuring proper documentation of agreed changes to the loan and collateral.
• Prepared all internal reports to management on the progress of the portfolio collection
activities, including charge-off or write down recommendations.
First Financial Bank of St. Louis, January 1997 – July 1998
• Within the first 5 months, resolved or recovered sufficient problem loans to suspend
the monthly charge to loan loss reserves ($140M savings).
• Responsible for all aspects of credit administration including loan review, commercial
loan workout and recovery, management of the OREO portfolio, calculation and reporting of
allowance for loan losses.
• Hired, managed and supervised personnel for a program to collect previously charged-
off consumer loans.
Magna Bank of St. Louis, February 1992 – January 1997
• Collected an ongoing portfolio of $3MM of problem loans. Responsible for review of
collateral file and loan documents, recreating contractual balances due from bank’s book systems,
writing acceleration letters and handling all aspects of the foreclosure process, including
determining big ranges and calling sales.
• Managed the bank’s residential loan collectors, and handling the acceleration and
foreclosure on those loans where an agreement could not be reached.
