PremiSys (CRM) is a Siebel 7.8 based web application launched in 2008 (formerly a .Net base application
integrated with Siebel 6.3), upgraded to Siebel 8.1 in 2014 that supports over 9000+ users supporting a flow
of $2 billion dollars’ worth of quote/order for Customer Premise Equipment (CPE), Professional Services and
Managed Hosting from a quote, order, asset, project, products, pricing, activities, approvals and real-time
interface between billing systems with multiple system integrations such as credit evaluation, export
screening, exchange rates, ticketing, ordering, commissioning, address validations, billing, vendor reseller
tools etc., and Data warehouse features.
General Responsibilities:
Interact with the Business users and the design team (BA) to assist on defining/streamlining business

requirements into workable Siebel system requirements and prepare a high level POC (proof of concept) if
needed.
