Desktop Engineer SCCM (OSD) - Exxon Mobil IT (2013-Present)

Develop, configure, implement, and maintain SCCM OSD solutions for global

SCCM environment comprised of ~110,000 workstations and numerous SCCM

servers across multiple domains. Schedule and execute server and software

packaging and imaging, testing, deployments, hit-fixes, service packs,

updates, patches, and upgrades for entire SCCM infrastructure. Provide

highly responsive OSD support for ExxonMobil SSCM operations and thousands

of users worldwide. Conduct SMS/SCCM user administration including password

reset, user profile, file administration, IP configuration, and

troubleshooting. Mentor junior team members and ensure 100% availability of

production system images for numerous Dell models across 26 locations

nationwide. Maintained SCCM system collections and PXE task sequences, and

updated distribution points company-wide utilizing Driver Injection.

Managed packages, customer/role-based images, and McAfee Antivirus

> Slashed corporate base images from 13 to 1 through design and

implementation of Driver Injection solution via SCCM OSD. Triggered

significant reduction in man hours and storage consumption.
