Professional Experience:

Working as Engineer at Purna Design Engineers Pvt. Ltd., since October

2011(3years and 2 month) and the activities involved are:

. Piping design for Thermal, Co-Gen Power Plant and Fuel Oil handling

systems.

. Assisting in Critical line pipe routing.

. Conducting flexibility analysis and preparation of stress report for

various systems of power plant like main steam, Cold Reheat, Hot

reheat, Extraction steam, Feed water, CW conduit etc. using

CAEPIPE/CEASAR-II

. Preparation of BOQ, Stress/IBR isometrics, hanger schedule and

expansion bellow data sheet, Spring/rigid supports detailing using

AUTOCAD.

. Acting as a Checker for the technical deliverables for a project.

Ultimately being responsible for smooth & timely executing of the

project with high level technical accuracy as per clients

expectations.

. Manpower planning as per schedule, Progress reporting, Co-ordination

with the Client & Vendors.

. PR & Valve Data sheet preparation.

. Reviewing of the pipe line routing, supporting and civil structure by

using AutoCAD.

. Design of pipe (thickness calculations) as per various codes (ASME

31.1 etc.)

. Well acquainted with the different international codes and standards

used in the industries like ASME, ANSI, API, NEMA etc.
