Description: Honeywell’s global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Human Resource (HR)

applications currently run in four PeopleSoft 8.3 instances supporting approximately 132,000 employees

in the Canada, US, Europe & Asia Pacific.

Additionally, HR processes are supported within the PeopleSoft environment using custom developed

bolt-on solutions. Which are Performance Management (HPD), Global Compensation Planning (GCP),

Global Compensation Administration (GCA) & Career Profile.

The upgrade project, Global PeopleSoft Solution or GPS(9.1), will consolidate four of Honeywell’s five

instances of PeopleSoft into one global instance Ensuring the system meets user requirements like Fit for

Use, Available for Use (Reducing customizations) & Safe to Use

• Planning, scheduling, monitoring and tracking of project ensuring the best performance index

achievable.

• Managing (VCCT Testing) Value Chain Confidence Testing and Training.

• MS Share point: Sole admin of the SP which is used by the entire People soft team globally.

• Managing the SharePoint by creating lists, libraries and managing the site by doing

customizations.

• Report generation: Metrics provider for the entire project globally (US, APAC, EMEA Release)

on a daily basis.

• Acted as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.

• Coordinating with PeopleSoft functional, Test Coe and Development team for the user’s queries.
