As a hands-on Shop Supervisor/Lead Hand, my responsibilities have included, but not limited to: planning,

scheduling, expediting work flow design, training, general safety, and housekeeping programs. I have assured

actions to resolve personnel issues. I have the ability to energize team performance and morale; set

expectations, maintain accountability, and identify, analyze, and eliminate technical problems. I have

coordinated safety teams in meeting for the health and environmental needs of crews and facilities. I have had

26 years in leadership roles during my 39 years in machining. I have also responded to other duties as

required.

Most recently, as a Shift Lead Hand for Shiloh Industries in Jefferson, Georgia, I utilized my proactive-

analytical troubleshooting abilities and was able to create/modify tools, dies, to remove and replace die inserts

and make/do die changeovers for blanking, transferring both hand and robot dies, and progressive and deep

draw dies.

I have also been a Toolmaker/Die Maintenance Technician and Trainer for Clairon Metals, Inc. in Covington,

Georgia, the Masterrack Division of Leggett & Platt in Atlanta, Georgia, and Kingway Materials in Acworth,
